About Seaweed Lines
A Dansk Tang initiative supplying native seeded lines and seaweed seedlings across Europe.
Seaweed Lines is a Dansk Tang initiative based in Nykøbing Sjælland, Denmark. We supply seeded lines, seeded twine and seaweed seedlings — red, brown and green macroalgae — to seaweed farms, researchers and restoration projects across Europe.
What we do
We grow ready-to-deploy seeded lines from native mother plants we collect together with you in your own waters, so the crop is adapted to your local conditions. Every batch is raised in our own hatchery and shipped chilled, with a batch sheet listing species and strain.

Research & partnerships
